Maison is in south France. It's a small factory that produces patés using recipes that have been passed down the familiy's generation. We're talking about a paté that by the way it has been made and with respect for the produce is as close to a homemade paté as you can get. The duck paté consists of 50% foie gras together with duck meat, morels, armagnac, whole eggs and spices. Weight 110 g.
