A new way of conceiving the tart and making this traditional dessert even

more captivating and contemporary. The TARTE MERINGUÉ kit by Silikomart is

composed by two elements: a Microperforated ring to create a shortcrust tart

base and a silicone mould that faithfully reproduces small tufts of meringue.

The special ring with a 250 mm diameter is made with a new non-stick plastic
