Buttercream icing mix (frosting) 300 g.


Powder for buttercream and topping on muffins.


You'll need either water, milk and or butter

In a bowl place 250 g. of this powder together with 250 g. of water.

Mix for 10 mintues at medium speed (3-4).

May be coloured.

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrop, fully hydrogenated vegetable oil (palm seed vegetable oil, fully hydrogenated palm seed), modified starch, emulsier (monoglycerides and diglycerides of fatty acids, acetic esters of monodiglycerides and diglycerides of fatty acids,) milk protein, stabilisers (Potassium phosphates, Xanthan gum), anti caking agents (Silicon dioxide).
