Preparation: Beat 250 ml whipping cream until it forms soft peaks. Mix 50 g bavarois mix with 60 ml lukewarm water and carefully fold this mixture into the whipped cream. Use the bavarois directly for instance on a cake or dessert, then let it stiffen in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour. Freeze proof. For extra flavour, add any FunCakes Flavouring.

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix with a flat/flex beater 400g of mix, 160 ml water and 180 ml (160 g) vegetable oil for 3 minutes on medium speed to a smooth batter. Grease a baking pan of approx. 25 cm (10”) long or a round baking pan of approx. Ø 20 cm (8”). Scoop the batter into the pan and bake the cake in the centre of the oven for approx. 50-55 minutes until golden. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.

Preparation: Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Use a mixer with dough hooks to mix 500 g mix, 150 g of (cream) butter, 175 ml of water and 1 egg (50 g) in approximately 3-4 minutes into a smooth dough. Mix 200 g FunCakes Pearl Sugar with 20 g of slightly melted (cream) butter. Mix the mixture of pearl sugar and butter for 30 seconds through the dough. Preheat waffle iron and grease both baking grids. Make dough balls of 70 g (approximately 15 pieces). Bake the waffles for 3-4 minutes in the waffle iron until they are golden brown. If desired, garnish the waffle with whipped cream or fresh fruit.
